ABOUT YOUR COACHES
Born with cystic fibrosis and given just a 10% chance of surviving his first night, Josh Llewellyn-Jones has defied the odds to become a world-record-holding endurance athlete, performance coach and founder of Lift Club.
At 30, he did what most thought was impossible and broke a World Record by lifting 1,000,000 kg in under 24 hours, surpassing the previous record by over 500,000 kg.
Josh's mission is clear: to empower others to break through mental and physical barriers, build resilience and live with purpose.
Angharad is the head coach at Lift Club Gym. She's a passionate fitness coach who specialises in helping women of all abilities feel stronger, both physically and mentally.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that movement isn’t just about aesthetics or performance. For Angharad, fitness is just as much about mental clarity and emotional resilience.
With a calm, supportive presence and a passion for building confidence, she creates a space where women feel safe to challenge themselves, reconnect with their bodies and leave every session feeling more grounded, capable and empowered.
